How Oshan works
Oshan runs a loop: watch, plan, approve, execute, report. Each stage is visible and each one can be stopped.
1. Watch
A scheduled crawl checks your site for technical faults, on-page problems and schema gaps. Search Console and Google Analytics sync daily. AI visibility prompts run on a schedule against multiple engines, so a drop in how often you are cited shows up as a trend rather than a surprise.
2. Plan
The orchestrator turns findings into a proposed plan: which issues to fix, which articles to write, which posts to schedule, in what order. Plans are written in plain language with the reasoning attached.
3. Approve
Nothing leaves Oshan without a person saying yes. Approvals can happen in the product, in Slack, in Google Chat or in Microsoft Teams. Roles decide who can approve what.
4. Execute
On approval, agents do the work: publish to WordPress or HubSpot, post to the connected social networks, write the schema, update the meta.
5. Report
Every run is recorded with what it cost and what changed. Usage and credits are visible per feature, so nothing about the bill is a surprise.
